September 1, 2015 (Peterborough, NH): NHBB's HiTech Division has chosen Ryan Nay and Jaime Pawlowicz to join the inside sales department as Inside Sales Representatives, filling positions that opened after Diane Mazejka's retirement as a full time employee and Mike Johnson's promotion to a corporate sales analyst role.

Ryan Nay was hired by NHBB after earning his Bachelor's degree in business management from Keene State College while working full time in customer service for Shaw's in Hillsborough, NH. As a leading customer service employee for the regional grocery store chain, Ryan's dedication and hard work transformed his area of responsibility into one that ranked above industry customer service standards. He also gained valuable hands-on experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, and managing employees. Ryan's first day with NHBB was on May 26, 2015.

A dedicated employee of HiTech for five years, Jaime Pawlowicz transfers to the sales department with a diverse background in manufacturing, having successfully completed assignments in shipping, quality and, most recently, human resources. Prior to joining NHBB in 2010, Jaime worked in the service industry as an assistant manager, where she was responsible for training employees in proper customer service practices. Jaime holds a Bachelors degree in business administration with a focus in accounting from the University of Massachusetts and an Associate degree in business administration from Mount Wachusett Community College. Jaime's first day on the job was June 8, 2015.

"Jaime and Ryan are resourceful and energetic self-starters with strong backgrounds in customer service," said Mike Katra, HiTech's sales manager. "We are delighted to have them both working on behalf of our customers in the commercial and military aerospace market."
