New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. (NHBB) operates three world class manufacturing facilities – two in central and southern New Hampshire and one in southern California:
NHBB HiTech Division/Corporate Headquarters
NHBB's HiTech Division is situated in the town of Peterborough at the center of New Hampshire's Monadnock Region. Employees enjoy living in a charming New England setting that offers scenic beauty, year-round outdoor recreation opportunities, and easy access to the cities of Keene (west), Manchester and Nashua (east), and Concord (north). Boston is also an easy hour and a half drive away. Located immediately south of town on Route 202, the facility contains 240,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, a full service cafeteria serving breakfast and lunch, and ample parking. A private health club is located next door, as well.
NHBB Astro Division
NHBB's Astro Division is based in New Hampshire's Lakes Region, a place defined by the natural splendor of the many lakes, ponds and rivers found here. Throughout the year, the more than 400 employees who work here enjoy access to a multitude of recreation activities. The region's central location means that such places as NH's coastline, the White Mountains, and the city of Boston are a short one- to two-hour drive away. Located in a small industrial park minutes from downtown Laconia, the facility includes 148,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, a dining hall with self-service food vending machines, and a multimedia training facility. NHBB's New Product Development Center is also located here.
NHBB Precision Division
NHBB's Precision Division is in the San Fernando Valley, which is north of the city of Los Angeles and surrounded by the vibrant Santa Susana Mountains. The more than 450 employees enjoy everything that the greater Los Angeles area has to offer, including excellent weather, beautiful ocean communities within a short drive, and numerous venues for enjoying sporting and cultural events. Located in a mixed commercial and industrial area on the west side of the Valley, the facility includes 110,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, ample secured parking, and a self service cafeteria. For commuters, an employee van pool and pass subsidies for public transit are available.
