September 4, 2012 (Laconia, NH) - NHBB is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicole "Nikki" Parker to human resources manager of the Astro Division. Nikki succeeds the former HR manager, Gary Groleau, who is now the corporate manager of labor relations and organizational development for NHBB.
During his announcement of Nikki's promotion, Jim St. Pierre, operations manager of the Astro Division, said: "Nikki's performance-focused approach and her command of diverse HR domains, such as benefit administration, recruitment, compensation, safety, wellness and employee relations, enables her to identify challenges within the many layers of the organization and implement proactive and sustainable solutions."
Nikki's seventeen-year tenure with NHBB dates back to June of 1995, when she joined the Astro Division as an HR administrator. She assumed greater responsibilities in 2007, when she was promoted to HR supervisor. Prior to NHBB, Nikki worked in progressively more responsible HR positions for The Personnel Connection, Home Bank, and Numerica Financial Association.
Nikki holds an Associates in business administration from New Hampshire College and has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2005.
Nikki's promotion went into effect on August 6, 2012.
