February 10, 2015 (Chatsworth, California): Bryan Dela Cruz has been promoted to Supervisor of the Inside Sales Department at NHBB's Precision Division. He succeeds Ida Seow, who is moving back to Singapore to be with her family.
Bryan has made significant contributions to the business since joining NHBB in 2010. He has demonstrated an ability to effectively communicate with his customers and interact with all departments within the company to achieve customer satisfaction. "Bryan's level of professionalism and commitment will continue to make NHBB a success," says Mary Beth MacKenzie, Sales Manager of the Precision Division. "He is very detail-oriented and committed to doing the right thing for our customers."
Bryan worked closely with Ida to strengthen Precision's Export Compliance program through his involvement in the training and auditing process. He is also responsible for government contracts, having earned the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) certifications.
In recognition of his many contributions, Bryan was co-recipient of the Inside Sales Representative of the Year Award in 2013.
Prior to joining NHBB as an Inside Sales Representative five years ago, Bryan held inside sales and purchasing positions in the bearing and telecommunications industries.
Bryan’s first day as Supervisor was February 2, 2015.
