This position, reporting to the Division Operations Manager, carries the responsibility for all Materials Department functions.

This position, reporting to the Division Operations Manager, carries the responsibility for all Materials Department functions including; Production Planning and Scheduling, Order Tracking from inception to delivery, Inventory Control, Procurement and Supply Chain management (outsourcing), and Packaging and Shipping.

We are seeking an individual with broad experience in change management and implementation who exhibits progressive leadership experience carried out in an aggressive, decisive and energetic manner.   The successful candidate, as a member of the division management team, will be instrumental in defining and championing management systems implementations and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource utilization, minimize cost, and maximize customer service and satisfaction.   A 4 year degree plus 10+ years of materials management or related field with a strong background in planning and production control is required. Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and theory of constraint principals as well as resource management systems such as APS is a requirement.  APICS certification is a plus.
